We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and organised professional to support secretarial and office administration functions of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office administration, secretarial tasks, and general organizational duties of the clinic.
- Welcome and assist patients.
- Handle and route incoming telephone calls, manage physical and electronic correspondence.
- Management of medical filing systems for patients’ examinations (MRI scans, X-rays, CT scans).
- Management of software systems for the archiving of patients’ medical records and data.
Requirements
- Experience in corporate administration or a similar role will be considered an advantage.
- College degree.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong digital literacy.
- Strong command of Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Professional, customer-oriented personality and with ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
The successful candidate will receive full training on all medical systems, as well as on all duties assigned to them.
An attractive remuneration package and a 13th salary are offered.
